Baker Takes Home the Gold
Jordan Baker, golf’s young
female phenom, brought home the gold in this weekend’s tournament. She shot an
outstanding score of 83 while playing all 18 holes. She was able to shoot 4
birdies as well as 7 pars. On the 15th hole is where she shined.
What looked like was going to be a sticky par three; she came out with making
it in two. She hooked the tee shot and drove it right into the bunker left of
the green. Keeping her head up she had an amazing chip shot that rolled right
into the center of the cup. After this hole Baker never looked in the rear view
mirror, she kept her foot on the gas and headed straight for the winners circle.
